3 Days Ssese Islands Tour

Ssese Islands on Lake Victoria.

Activities & attractions:
Lake Victoria, butterflies and several bird species, swimming and sunbathing at the beach. The Ssese islands are one of the hidden treasures of Lake Victoria. These islands are generally undiscovered with virgin Forests harboring a variety of butterflies and several bird species. The islands beaches offer one an opportunity to experience and enjoy the temperate climate and stunning scenery of the area.

Day1
Drive by road to Nyendo (Masaka Town) continuing to Bukakata. A roll on roll off ferry will take you to the Bugala Island the main island of the Ssese Islands group. After lunch activities include bird watching /nature walk where you may see monkeys, ladybirds, parrots, and turacos, which reside inside the forests. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight.

Day2
After breakfast, participate in one of the areas most exciting activities of sport fishing in known fishing grounds. Return to the resort for lunch. After lunch, roam the beaches or alternatively go swimming/sunbathing. Dinner and overnight at the resort.

Day3
After breakfast depart Ssese islands via Bukakata ferry to Kampala. Dinner and over night at fair way Hotel
